Established in 2000, FIS Institute Pte Ltd is a Council for Private Education (CPE) registered Private Education Institution (PEI) and is certified with EduTrust Certification Scheme. FIS Institute is ISO9001 accredited and is one of the appointed A/O level examination centres, which fulfils the requirements of Singapore Examination and Assessment Board (SEAB).
Since our establishment, FIS has conducted English, Primary & Secondary Preparatory courses. Initially, there were only four to five classrooms with only a handful of students. It is our pride that as a result of our dedicated and unceasing efforts to improve the quality of education, FIS Institute has moved to a beautiful new campus in Sembawang in January 2012, with all preparatory courses under one roof.
Built in 1939 and now a national monument of Singapore, the FIS Institute premises was originally the British Naval Headquarters. Ideally situated atop a hill, students at our school campus enjoy a breathtaking view of the suburbs. The school is within 5-8 min walking distance from Sembawang MRT station. Sprawled over 5.6 hectares, the spacious environment, gardens and clean air make it an ideal space for both work and play. There are 13 large classrooms plus other amenities. Students can choose to relax after studies in the swimming pools, or recharge with a hearty game of tennis or invigorating basketball.
