Joy Holiday, established in 1995, is a wholesale/retail tour and event management company with three areas of specialization:
• Outbound holidays: We offer leisure and educational tours, special interest travel and convention arrangements from the USA/Canada to Asia
• Local Bus Tours: We offer packaged tours to various locales in the USA with residents of the USA, Canada and other nations, usually presented bilingually
• Inbound holidays: We offer tours to people from Asia visiting the USA and Canada
Since 2004, under new management, we have been developing new ecotourism and specialized itineraries as well as offering special event organization for travelers to and from China.
Our philosophy: We strive to bring the utmost quality of service at reasonable prices. Quality of service is, in fact, our core belief, and think it revolves around core moral values and attitude. It’s about giving joy to people’s lives and helping them as needed.
Our people: Most of our people are like family, and like family, they are honest, hard-working and dedicated Asians and non-Asians who understand both the US and China, which we know is vital in creating a tour or program for visitors to either area. Since we can communicate in both English and Chinese, we ensure the most efficient, enjoyable and memorable holiday possible.
Our equipment: For our USA tours and services, we use only the finest transportation: our own bus company consisting of 57-passenger buses, 30-passenger mini buses and 15- and 7-passenger vans and luxury cars. All are DOT and CA PUC certified. Please see pictures. (hyperlink to them at “pictures”)
