Western Michigan Christian High School’s mission is to educate with excellence, integrate faith with knowledge, equip students to work and serve Christ in their communities.
The Western Michigan Christian family has made offering first-class training in the arts (performing and graphic) a top priority. WMCHS boasts three quality bands, a top-notch choral program and drama team, and an inspirational art curriculum.
The school hosts many performances and galleries to showcase the talented students and staff who bring glory to God through their crafts.
We believe that the education offered to students at WMCHS must be Christ-centered and excellent. We believe we are teaching students to be "difference-makers." If they are to make a difference, we believe they must be able to think critically, while rounded in a strong Christian tradition. We believe students should develop a mature understanding of their faith and their world through discussion, reading, experience, and reflection on what they have been taught. Questioning and searching are not only encouraged but essential.
