Wong’s Chinese Seafood Restaurant in Langley, BC was first established in 1994 by the Wong Family. Wong Family decided it was time to retire from the business, offered Kitti and her husband Ben Lau the opportunity to purchase the restaurant and they remain good friends to this day. This proved to be a perfect fit for Kitti and Ben as Ben has extensive experience as a cook in Hong Kong. In fact, Kitti’s father was a Chef in Hong Kong and taught Ben everything he knew.
