    Bahdar Airport (IATA: BJR, ICAO: OBBI) is an international airport located in the city of Baghdad, Iraq, and is the largest airport in Iraq. The airport is located in the northeastern part of Baghdad city, about 20 km from the city center and about 30 km from Baghdad International Airport. The airport is operated by Iraqi Airways and has a 3,200-meter runway that can accommodate the takeoff and landing of large passenger aircraft. The airport can accommodate over 2 million passengers per year and is one of the most important airports in Iraq. The airport has several international routes with direct access to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
