Hakkasarakhs Airport (IATA: CKT, ICAO: OICC), located in Hakkasarakhs Province in western Iran, is an international airport and one of the largest military airports in Iran. The airport is located in the western part of Hakkasarakhs province, about 20 km from the provincial capital Hakkasarakhs city and about 400 km from Tehran. Built in 1962, the airport is managed by the Iranian Air Force and is mainly used for military purposes, with a few civil flights. The airport has a 3,000-meter runway that can accommodate the takeoff and landing of large passenger aircraft. The airport has an international terminal that provides waiting rooms, baggage claim, stores and restaurants.
