Located in Liping County, Hainan Province, China, Liping Airport is the third international airport in Hainan Province and the first inland airport in Hainan Province. Liping Airport was officially opened to traffic on December 28, 2011, and is the first inland airport in Hainan Province and the third international airport in Hainan Province. The airport is located in Liping County, about 120 kilometers from Haikou City, 90 kilometers from Sanya City and 80 kilometers from Qionghai City.
