    Jiuhua Mountain Airport is located in Guizhi District, Chizhou City, Anhui Province, and is the second international airport in Anhui Province and the only mountain airport in Anhui Province. The airport is located at the foot of Jiuhua Mountain, about 20 kilometers from downtown Chizhou City, 90 kilometers from Huangshan City and 140 kilometers from Hefei City.

    The airport was officially opened on April 28, 2006, and is the second international airport in Anhui Province, and the only mountain airport in Anhui Province. The airport covers an area of about 2.5 square kilometers, with a runway length of 2.5 kilometers and a width of 45 meters, which can accommodate A320 type aircraft at the same time. The airport has an international terminal building, which can accommodate 500 people at the same time and can meet the demand for domestic and international passenger, cargo and baggage services.

    The airport currently operates the following routes: Chizhou - Shanghai, Chizhou - Beijing, Chizhou - Guangzhou, Chizhou - Shenzhen, Chizhou - Chongqing, Chizhou - Kunming, Chizhou - Jinan, Chizhou - Qingdao, Chizhou - Xiamen, Chizhou - Xi`an, Chizhou - Chengdu, Chizhou - Hangzhou, etc.

    The airport is committed to building the second international airport in Anhui Province, providing more convenient travel services for tourism, business and leisure in Anhui Province and the surrounding areas.
