Sarajevo International Airport (SIA) is located in the city of Sarajevo in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is the main international airport in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The airport is located about 10 km west of Sarajevo city and about 15 km from Sarajevo city center. The airport is managed by Sarajevo Airport Company (SAC) and is the largest airport in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the most important aviation hub in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sarajevo International Airport has a main terminal, an international terminal, a domestic terminal, and a VIP terminal. The airport has a 3,500 meter long runway that can accommodate large passenger aircraft. The airport can accommodate over 2 million passengers per year and has flights from over 50 airlines connecting Sarajevo to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The airport also offers other services, including cargo, car rental, banks, restaurants, stores, etc.
