    Wuxi Sunan Shuofang International Airport (IATA: WUX, ICAO: ZSWX) is located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and is the second international airport in Jiangsu Province and the sixth international airport in China. The airport was officially opened to traffic on November 28, 2014, and is the first airport in China named after "Shuofang" and the first airport in China named after "Sunan". The airport is located in the southwest of Wuxi City, about 25 km from the city center, 20 km from Wuxi Railway Station and 50 km from Suzhou Railway Station. The airport covers an area of about 3.3 square kilometers and has a 3.5-kilometer runway, which can accommodate medium and large passenger aircraft at the same time. The airport has an international terminal that can accommodate more than 3,000 passengers at the same time and can handle 500 passengers per hour. The airport offers more than 100 flights per day, connecting Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe and other countries and regions.
