The China Britain Law Institute (CBLI) is a non-profit organisation which promotes best practice in British and Chinese law and fosters communication between the British and Chinese legal communities. The CBLI organises high-profile legal events focused on developing areas of law and legal practice in China. Past speakers have included Cherie Blair QC, the Lord Mayor of the City of London, the Editor of the China Construction Law Review, The Chair of the Beijing Lawyers Association and many other top Chinese and British Lawyers. As economic and business links between the two countries grow in strength and complexity, the CBLI`s mission is to form a bridge between the legal professions of the two countries.
