Spring Villa Restaurant features authentic Cantonese cooking in a contemporary and elegant dining atmosphere. Owner Rosita Tam started small 19 years ago selecting a location near both commercial and residential neighbourhoods in a growing Asian community.

As word-of-mouth spread, business grew and the workers from the surrounding high-tech offices discovered their authentic Hong Kong specialties such as Dim Sum, Hot and Sour Soup, Shark Fin soup and deep fried Octopus. Patrons now return with their children and grandchildren and the restaurant has a reputation as a choice location for banquets and receptions
