Our Mission at Australian International College is to educate our students to love food and have a passion for cooking, thus continuing to promote the quality of vocational training in the Culinary Arts.
It is Australian International College’s goal to provide highly skilled members of the workforce to the hospitality industry to contribute to the industry’s ever-expanding national and international reputation. AIC trains people for all hospitality sectors including Food & Beverage, Cooks and Pastry Chefs and more.
