The Canadian-Chinese Professional Accountants Association ("CCPAA") is an independent and not-for-profit organization of Canadian professional accountants who are of Chinese origin and work in accounting, auditing and taxation or the related areas, including banking, investment, insurance, education institutions, government agencies, etc.
There are currently two affiliates in Canada, located in Toronto and Vancouver.
The objectives of CCPAA are:
* To provide opportunities for interaction and networking among the professional accountants in Canada and China;
* To facilitate members career and professional development in its related areas;
* To encourage members to understand both Canadian and Chinese accounting, auditing, taxation and financial systems
CCPAA seeks to enhance association communication in research, education, regulation and business practices of accounting, auditing, finance, taxation and the related areas between Canada and China
