Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu was established on 7 May, 2003. In July, 2006, CSDZ passed the NDRC Auditing Announcement. Seven years from setting up, CSDZ’s total output value, industry value, ordinary budget revenue of local finance and other major economic indicators rise rapidly in consecutive years, and is renowned more than once as one of the fastest development zones in Jiangsu Province. All these are by its advantaged traffic position, unique and bright industrial cluster, completed platform and efficient service.
CSDZ located in the most dynamic economic core area along the Yangtze River and the seaside economic belt with particular favorable natural conditions, surrounded by Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Kunshan and other ten developed cities. Su-Jia-Hang Expressway，Riverside expressway，204 state highway，Xi-tai state highway, 227 provincial highway, New century Road meet in CSDZ. At the same time, more than 100 kilometers of high-grade motor ways have been completed in the structure of “Five Longitude, Five Latitude”, offering convenient traffic. Our development zone has the advantage of closing to the city, just beside Kuncheng Lake resort. All kinds of basic supporting facilities are in place. Middle and high grade residence like Lakeside Modern City，the Garden of Changshu，Senglan Flat and Eastlake Jinhua，and the Talent Apartments have been built on schedule. Southeast Entertainment Center and Southeast Cultural Corridor are completed to use.
