    Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) With the full support of the government and business leaders, the Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) was thus formally inaugurated on August 9, 2000 to play a bigger role in undertaking the promotion of bilateral economic ties with the rest of the world.


    Dr. Jeffrey L. S. Koo was the founding Chairman of Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) CIECA and was re-elected in October of 2004. Mr. Chung-Yu Wang succeeded Dr. Koo as the 3rd Chairman of Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) CIECA in October of 2008 and was re-elected in October of 2012.
