CIK Telecom was founded in 2003 in Toronto, Canada, emerging from the advanced technologies and research from Onet System Inc., a leading consulting company in Canada specializing in telecommunications. CIK employs more than 400 staff with offices located in Canada, United States, China, Vietnam, India and Morocco. We have local support centres in each of the major cities in Canada. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2003.
CIK's initiative is to provide innovative, inexpensive and reliable telecommunications and multi-media services to large ethnic communities across Canada and currently provides service to more than 180,000 customers as of December 31, 2017. Major products include High Speed Cable and DSL Internet, Digital Home Phone, IP TV, Long Distance and family health monitoring and entertainment.
CIK continually invests in network infrastructure to improve service quality and coverage. The CIK High Speed Internet network covers almost everywhere in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We will keep expanding our network and cover more areas across Canada. CIK Home Phone network covers the major Canadian cities and surrounding areas and offers many features. CIK provides Number Portability, allowing customers to transfer their existing home phone numbers in most major Canadian cities and towns. As of March 1st, 2013, all CIK home phone residential customers enjoy free unlimited calling to all of Canada except Area Code 867 (N.W.T, Nunavut and Yukon).
