Swiss Chinese Law Association SCLA honours ourselves as a global voice, a global community, and a global vision for both Chinese and Swiss lawyers. By promoting the legal exchanges, SCLA is promoting mutual understanding for legal procedures and decisions in China and Switzerland based on the rule of law in both countries, therefore, SCLA contributes to mutual peace and prosperity. SCLA members are convinced that lawyers in Switzerland and in China working together should be able to help governments and private entities to overcome cultural differences (e.g.making dispute settlement procedures agreed upon in advance more trustworthy, efficient and transparent).
