Bambu Desserts & Drinks was founded in 2008 by four sisters in San Jose, California. Shortly after opening with a new and creative menu Bambu quickly became known for its exceptionally friendly service; and fresh, healthy and colorful Asian-inspired Chè, unique boba milk teas, Vietnamese espressos, blended coffees, and real fruit smoothies. Today there are nearly 50 Bambu’s located in 8 states.
Our traditional menu has nearly 100 desserts an drinks to select from, but many of our shoppes have crafted a some of their own local specialties. But, what Bambu’s loyal customers like the most is they can order their dessert or drink “just the way you love it” at no extra charge for items like extra jellies, pearls, or shots of espresso. There is usually a small upcharge for extra pandan jelly or substituting fresh coconut juice.
