Fu-Shing Chinese Szechwan Style Restaurant, Passed on from three generations, and over seventy years of exquisite culinary experience, Chef Felix Chang and his father Chef Tso-Chun Chang opened up Fu Shing Restaurant in the year 1980. Remembering back that the first restuarant opened in 1920 by the Chang family was in Szechwan, China, and later the second restaurant by Chef Tso-Chun Chang himself in the city of Taipei, where these chefs mastered their culinary arts and focused their recipes on Szechwan taste.
