Founded in 1997 AD, Literary Circles has led professional tutoring into a new era through traditional wisdom and diligence. Not only have we focused on selecting the appropriate test prep materials, but we also have aimed at enhancing every assiduous student’s desire to learn and succeed!
What distinguishes Literary Circles from the rest is that we don’t believe there are any “tricks”in studying skills. Urging every student to do his or her best is our mission. Diligence spells success. Unlike the other places, we will never stuff up our classrooms with “customers”. We limit our class size to an extent in which every individual student can be well taken care of.
There are indeed many tutorial institutions in the Chinese community. Unfortunately, most of the people in charge are pretty illiterate. They themselves can’t even write decently in either Chinese or English. Consequently, they can hardly guarantee the quality of the “teachers” they hire.
Besides being the founder of Literary Circles, I am also its chief Verbal and Math instructor in both New York City Specialized Science High Schools Admissions Test (SSHSAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) prep classes. Since my childhood in Hong Kong, my English has been baptized by the outstanding British teachers which can hardly be matched by the others. I am proud to be their student. I am even prouder to have the opportunity of sharing such grammatical skills with you.
