M.C.A. Lai & Co., Solicitors was founded by our respectable founding partner Mr. Lai Man Chun, Anthony in 2008. Due to Mr. Anthony Lai`s ambition and perspective of internationalization, this ultimately led to the formation of an international association and a strong connection with the Haworth & Lexon Lawyers Group within four years after the establishment of M.C.A. Lai & Co., Solicitors.

M.C.A. Lai & Co., Solicitors is in the process of merging with the international law firm, Haworth & Lexon Lawyers. Haworth & Lexon Lawyers was initially established in the province of Shanghai, People`s Republic of China and has rapidly expanded to other countries in the region of Asia Pacific.
Today, at least 100 international lawyers are employed under the legal group of Haworth & Lexon Lawyers worldwide. The merger is expected to finalise within three years time in compliance with the regulations of the Law Society of Hong Kong. By merging with Haworth & Lexon Lawyers, stronger international legal networks and connections can be firmly established to enable us to deliver international legal services to our clients both in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
