Mainly Kaisa Para sa Kaunlaran, with initial funds provided by Dr. Angelo King and the rest raised from the Tsinoy community. The Kaisa Heritage Center is a "community property," not the sole property of the Kaisa Para sa Kaunlaran. The Kaisa Angelo King Heritage Center structure stands on a 1300 square–meter lot and costs under P20 thousand per square meter. The area of the lot is a big improvement from an original plan of only 300 to 500 square meters.
The Kaisa Heritage Center building costs P40 million while the lot costs P30million. Fifty million pesos was spent for its furnishing and P20 million for the museum. To construct the building, Kaisa Para sa Kaunlaran raised an estimate of P70 million, out of which, P10.5 million from members. The other half came from Angelo King and three Kaisa friends. This allowed the Kaisa Para sa Kaunlaran to build a museum which is the first of its own kind in the world.
