The Chinese Chamber of Commerce was established in 1955 by a group of Chinese-American businessmen to promote and encourage the development of Chinese-American business community throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
The Chamber carries strong influence on key legislative and regulatory issues affecting the Chinese American and greater Los Angeles business communities for discussion on issues reverent to both groups. We are non-political organization at this time.
In addition to serving as an advocate of the Chinese business community, the Chamber promotes cultural awareness to improve inter-ethnic relations by organizing events such as the Annual Lunar New Year Golden Dragon Parade, the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant and the Moon Festival celebrations.
