Lao Cai Chinese Cuisine was first started in a street stall selling authentic Xi’an Steam Cold Noodles, Liang -Pi, and Strewed Pork Burger on the street. Due to its irresistible taste, it was becoming popular with locals and quickly developed from one stand to several stalls. Step by step, we developed a unique menu that integrates the special dishes of Xi'an and our special hot pots. As a Chinese restaurant that has been running for 15 years, we are committed to bringing in the most authentic Xi'an flavour and our unique hot pot to North America in its original form.
