Chinese American Olympics of Northern California, Northern California Chinese Athletic Federation (NCCAF) is a private organization. The purpose of NCCAF is to promote the athleticism of the Chinese community in the United States. NCCAF is not involved in any political activities. NCCAF has the legal right to accept or deny any person and/or organization's participation in NCCAF's any and all activities.
