TAIWANESE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (TAFNC) TAFNC was founded in 1973 with the mission to promote Taiwanese and American cultural exchange. Through a spirit of peace and harmony, our organization hopes to establish an informed and involved Taiwanese community that interacts and co-exists with other diverse groups in California. We strive to be model citizens and contribute to the “Melting Pot” of this great country so that future generations will be proud of our achievements.
