Business Incubator of Wenzhou Hi-tech Park, established on March 16,2001,is a non-profit and public-good service organization attached to Administrative Commission of Wenzhou Hi-Tech Park. The incubator creates a favorable environment and all-round services for benefiting technical innovation and industrialization, cultivating technology-based start-up and fledgling enterprises and promoting the development of hi-tech industry of Wenzhou City.
