Zhanjiang Wuchuan Airport is a civil airport located in Wuchuan City, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China. The airport started construction in 2011, opened for test flights in 2014 and officially opened for operation in 2015.
Zhanjiang Wuchuan Airport covers an area of about 1270 mu, with a runway of 2,600 meters long and 45 meters wide, which can meet the takeoff and landing needs of Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and other aircraft. The airport terminal building covers an area of about 55,000 square meters and can handle an annual passenger throughput of 1.2 million passengers.
Zhanjiang Wuchuan Airport currently operates flights to many domestic cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, etc.
