Arusha Airport (IATA: ARK, ICAO: HAAK) is an international airport located in northwestern Kenya, about 25 km west of the city of Arusha. The airport is managed by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and is one of the largest airports in Kenya and the most important international airport in Kenya. The airport has a 3,000 meter long runway that can accommodate large passenger aircraft. The airport has an international terminal that provides security screening, baggage claim, business center, restaurant, and café services. The airport also has an apron that can accommodate up to 20 aircraft. The airport can accommodate over 1,000 flights per day and over 2 million passengers per year.
