    Mudanjiang Hailang Airport (IATA: MDG, ICAO: ZYMD) is located in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, and is an international airport in Mudanjiang City and one of the important airports in Heilongjiang Province. Mudanjiang Hailang Airport was built in 1958, which is the first civil airport and the first international airport in China. Mudanjiang Hailang Airport is about 20 kilometers from the center of Mudanjiang, about 7 kilometers from the nearest highway entrance in Mudanjiang, and about 15 kilometers from Mudanjiang Railway Station.

    Mudanjiang Hailang Airport has a runway of 2.8 kilometers, which can meet the demand for landing and take-off of large passenger planes. Mudanjiang Hailang Airport can now fly directly to many domestic cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Kunming, Jinan, Qingdao, Dalian, Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang and Urumqi, as well as international cities such as Moscow and Irkutsk in Russia.
