All Star Driving School teacher Tony Yu graduated from North Shore Driving School’s driver instructor training course and got his driver instructor license in 2000. He founded All Star Driving School in 2003. The school got its name from the NHL All-Star game that was going on. And Tony wished all his students become road stars. By the way, Markus Naslund, Todd Bertuzzi, Ed Jovanovski are the stars from Vancouver Canucks that year.
Tony has since helped hundreds of new immigants and high school and SFU, UBC students learn proper driving skills and pass road test. We all know that driving is a life long learning process, so is teaching driving. Tony has never stopped learning new things, picking up new teaching skills. And he is looking forward to using his knowledge and vast experience gained from 12 years of teaching in Vancouver to help more people to learn safe driving skills and to get their new license.
