In 2006, Fantan Enterprise Ltd. became the authorized Thermomix distributor for western Canada, and the following year, in 2007, Fantan launched its website, www.easycooking.ca, and its first direct selling team.
Although Thermomix was mainly promoted through home demonstrations, reviews published in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal in 2009 and The Globe and Mail newspaper in 2010 helped to raise product awareness. In 2010, Culinary Team Canada added Thermomix to their squad, garnering more attention for the product.
