Changde Taohuayuan Airport is located in Doumu Lake, Dingcheng District, Changde City, Hunan Province, 12.2 kilometers from downtown and 33 kilometers from Taohuayuan Tourist Scenic Area. The airport was built in 1958 and opened passenger and cargo flights from Changde to Changsha in 1965.
